外部予約サイトからのご予約において以下の事例が発生しております。

一部の旅行予約サイト（agoda／Expedia／Booking.com／Trip.com 以下、「対象予約サイト」といいます。）で行われた宿泊予約については、ホテルが別の旅行予約サイト（以下、「提携予約サイト」といいます。）に提供している空室枠を、提携予約サイトとの契約に基づき、対象予約サイトがお客様に販売している場合があります。
その場合に、次のような事例によりホテル側ではお客様のご予約の確認および判断が難しい場合があります。

・予約情報が、対象予約サイトからホテルに通知されない、またはお客様のホテルご到着よりも遅れて通知が届くことにより、ホテルでご予約の確認ができない。
・お客様へ配信される予約完了メールの内容と、ホテルへ通知される予約情報に相違がある（部屋タイプの種類や予約番号など）。
・ホテルで設定した宿泊料金よりも大幅に高い料金で販売されていることがある。

以上のことから、ご到着時にご予約確認ができない場合、ご宿泊確認に時間を要したり、ご宿泊をお断りさせていただくことがございます。
また「対象予約サイト」でのご予約の確認等を行う場合には、次の点にご留意ください。

・対象予約サイトでのご予約については、ホテルへ直接ご連絡を頂いても手続きの関係上、一切の確認・変更・キャンセル（クレジットカードでの事前決済を含む）を承ることができません。
ご予約の確認・変更・キャンセルは、お客様ご自身でご予約された対象予約サイトへお問い合わせください。

[Alert] Notice regarding precautions for reservations through certain overseas booking sites
(agoda/Expedia/Booking.com/Trip.com)

Thank you for always choosing to stay with Route Inn Hotels.
We would like to inform you that the following cases have occurred with reservations made
through overseas booking sites.
For accommodation reservations made through some overseas travel booking sites
(agoda/Expedia/Booking.com/Trip.com, hereinafter referred to as "overseas booking sites"), the
overseas booking sites may sell vacant guest rooms that we provide to other travel booking sites
(hereinafter referred to as "partner booking sites") to you based on their contracts with the
partner booking sites.
In that situation, we may have difficulty confirming your reservation due to the following cases.
- The reservation information is not notified to us from the overseas booking sites, or such
notification is received later than the customer's arrival at the hotel.
- The information of the reservation confirmation email sent to the customer and the reservation
information notified to the hotel (room type, reservation number, etc.) are different.
- Guest rooms of the hotel may be sometimes sold at a rate significantly higher than the
accommodation rate set by the hotel.
For the above reasons, if we are unable to confirm your reservation at the time of your arrival, it
may take time to confirm your stay or we may refuse accommodation.
Additionally, when confirming reservations made through the overseas booking sites, please
kindly note that;
- Due to procedural grounds, we are unable to verify, change, or cancel any reservations made
through the overseas booking sites (including payment in advance by credit card) even if you
contact the hotel directly. To verify, change, or cancel your reservation, please contact the
overseas booking site through which you made your reservation.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

出于上述原因，如果我们无法在您抵达时确认您的预订，则可能需要花费一些时间来确认您的入住，或者我们可能会拒绝住宿。此外，在确认通过海外预订网站进行的预订时，请注意：
由于程序原因，即使您直接联系酒店，我们也无法验证，更改或取消通过海外预订网站进行的任何预订（包括通过信用卡提前付款）。要验证，更改或取消您的预订，请联系您预订的海外预订网站。
